PRIMARY SUITE ADDITION IN ROLAND PARK

In this second-story primary suite addition, we built a luxurious bathroom over an existing first floor den, accessed through a new opening into the primary bedroom. Architect Elizabeth Nook with Revolve Design was able to integrate historical elements with the new construction. We replicated or restored historic trim, doors, and flooring and integrated a standing seam metal roof and copper gutters into the existing slate roof of the main house.

Panel and batten cement board siding helps to define the new addition and complement the existing stucco exterior finish.
