Keswick Colorful Kitchen

This kitchen renovation was a special collaboration with a talented interior designer and repeat Greenleaf client. Their vision for a more functional and inviting kitchen called for rethinking the layout and opening up the space, while honoring the home’s unique personality.

We began by removing a load-bearing wall between the kitchen and dining room to create better flow and connection. The former galley-style kitchen had become too cramped for everyday use, with the refrigerator extending awkwardly into the walkway. By reconfiguring the space and infilling a window to make room for new pantry cabinetry, we were able to add both beauty and efficiency.

The design details shine through in every corner, from the bold black and white checkerboard floor tile to the backsplash and the tiled face of the peninsula. Fully custom cabinetry completes the look with thoughtful storage and timeless style.

Behind the scenes, we upgraded the home’s electrical service and installed all-new circuits to support modern appliances and lighting, ensuring the infrastructure is as solid as the style.

This kitchen now feels open, playful, and truly one of a kind—just like the designer who dreamed it up.
