ROLAND PARK KITCHEN

Working with Pat Caulfield as designer, Greenleaf created a perfect family gathering space for when the grandchildren visit. We removed multiple structural walls and expanded the kitchen into an old porch to create more floor space. An open floor plan includes a center island and a bay window seat, artfully restored by Greenleaf craftsmen with custom-milled trim. White diamond granite countertops beautifully reflect natural light from the new Marvin wood windows, and the sink was relocated under a triple casement window. New quarter sawn white oak flooring and custom-milled mouldings were historically restored to match the rest of the house. The stained cherry custom inset cabinetry was designed by Pat Caulfield and crafted specifically for this project. The home was also made more efficient through air sealing and insulation work. The existing cabinetry and appliances were donated to Habitat for Humanity for reuse.

We removed and reconfigured walls to […]
