A Spa-Like Primary Suite in a Contemporary Wooded Retreat

This one-of-a-kind renovation brought luxurious indoor-outdoor living to a striking early 90s contemporary home tucked into the woods. Greenleaf partnered with Place Architecture and Custom Fit cabinetry to create a truly unique retreat featuring a spa-like primary suite and guest bath refresh.

Scope of Work

  • Complete renovation of the primary suite, including:
    • Indoor/outdoor shower with cedar enclosure
    • Freestanding soaking tub with nature views
    • Built-in dry sauna from Regina Pools & Spas
    • Water closet, custom vanity, and floating cabinetry

  • Guest bathroom and bedroom renovation
  • Installed new Marvin windows throughout

Design Highlights

The open-concept primary bathroom flows into the bedroom and extends visually into the surrounding forest. Soaring wood ceilings and a wall-spanning floating vanity add warmth and elegance, while an exterior door in the shower creates a seamless connection to the outdoors.

A hidden floor-to-ceiling glass pocket door discreetly separates the suite from the rest of the home, allowing privacy without disrupting the clean lines of the space.

From the freestanding tub with tranquil views to the custom sauna and outdoor shower, every detail was designed to elevate comfort, relaxation, and connection to nature.

We removed and reconfigured walls to […]
