Built in 1928, The Warrington is one of the grand condominium buildings in Baltimore.  Working in this building requires a degree in both historic renovations and puzzle solving.  This full condo renovation involved a complete restructuring of the primary suite and bathroom, guest suite and bathroom, and kitchen to open up the space and bring in more natural light.  Original plaster finishes, doors and trim were restored.  In the kitchen, custom cabinets were designed to fit the space, while quartz countertops and new tile floors were complimented by a herringbone backsplash.  Designer, Marci Lief worked closely with the client to develop the new design and finishes.
