Greenleaf craftsmen worked with designer, Marci Lief, to renovate this condo at the St. James and create beautiful new space. Accessibility was improved by widening and moving doorways, shifting wall location, adding recessed lights, and working with contrasting colors and textures. We expanded and outfitted bathrooms with spacious showers, floating stone benches, and decorative grab handles. An accessible bedroom office was designed with custom built-in desk and shelves, and closets were reorganized to maximize storage.
