This Roland Park renovation featured a complete transformation of the existing kitchen and powder room and the addition of a mudroom that opens out to a brick patio for meals and lounging. Greenleaf carpenters installed a large Marvin window above the sink, expanded doorways and created new openings with structural framing to allow for better flow and light. Oak floors were installed and site finished to match the existing floors and the kitchen was adorned with Calacatta Marble countertops and polished Rohl faucets. A custom sink was built out of marble in the powder room, and painted cabinetry with walnut seats were installed in the mudroom.
The renovation was a collaboration with Mill Valley Kitchens for the cabinets and kitchen design and Turner Selkirk DESIGN for architectural and interior design work.
