Greenleaf craftsmen collaborated with PDJ Architects to create this elegant second story suite including a full bathroom, dressing area and sitting room with a vaulted ceiling. Custom built shelves, cabinetry and a window seat make the space cozy yet mature for a teenager to do homework and also hang out with friends. The bathrooms feature custom vanities, quartz countertops, pearl tile accents and marble accessory pieces. Solar tubes were added to bring natural sunlight into the bathrooms and a walk-in closet that did not have windows. Exterior brickwork and other features of the existing house were matched to create a seamless addition.
