Greenleaf craftsmen collaborated with Meghan Allison Interiors and Mill Valley Kitchens on this Ruxton Ridge home renovation. Our craftsmen began the project with structural work, moving a beam into the ceiling and working around door openings. Once that was completed, walls and windows were moved to open up the kitchen to the foyer and dining room to allow for seamless flow and an abundance of natural light. Mill Valley Kitchens provided custom cabinetry throughout the kitchen and mudroom, a large island, tall pantry cabinets, drawers outfitted with smart interior storage solutions, and walnut top benches. Textured porcelain tile backsplash with a decorative scalloped tile adds a fun accent above the range.
In the Primary Suite, walls were restructured to create a new double door entrance and a new walk-in closet. The reconfigured primary bathroom allowed space for a double built-in vanity and linen cabinet supplied by Mill Valley Kitchens, a large corner shower with marble basketweave floor and niche, quartz countertops.
Hardwood floors were refinished throughout the house. Additionally, Greenleaf craftsman created a new side entry to the mudroom with bluestone and brick steps, patio and painted Chippendale style railing.
