This whole house renovation in Ruxton was a collaboration between the client, Mill Valley Kitchens, EMF Design, and Greenleaf Construction. The kitchen was completely transformed with a reconfigured layout, all new cabinetry, quartz countertops, backsplash, luxury appliances, new lighting and a new wet bar. All the bathrooms in the home were completely renovated. The most dramatic update was combining two separate bathrooms to create one large primary bathroom with separate vanities, a soaking tub, rain-head shower and walk-in closet. The fireplace in the family room was rebuilt to include a custom mantle, surround, and hearth and is flanked by custom matching built-ins. Other updates include reconfiguring the mudroom to make space for new cabinetry, refinishing the hardwood floors and new lighting throughout the house.
Our craftsmen worked on almost every room in the house, as well as the exterior, to bring a refreshed design to life and create a more functional space for the whole family.
