Greenleaf craftsmen teamed up with designer, Marci Lief, and Custom Fit Cabinetry for the first floor renovation of this historic home in Mt. Washington. The first floor was gutted and reframed for a new layout to include a kitchen with a walk-in pantry, playroom, powder room, laundry area and dining room; all with new site finished oak floors and new Pella double french doors. The kitchen features an island with a custom wood dining table, floating shelves over subway tile, locally built custom cabinetry with quartz countertops throughout.
The Greenleaf team was able to meet the deadline and also solve structural, plumbing, electrical, and comfort issues that come up in older homes. The result is a gorgeous new space that fits the needs of a growing family
