This renovation of the kitchen, master bath, and shared bath was in one of the original homes built in Guilford. Kitchen cabinets were custom fabricated by a local cabinet maker, and an existing hutch was fully restored by Greenleaf craftsmen. A honed Venato marble countertop pairs well with a subway backsplash tile. In the bathrooms, plaster was replaced or restored. A marble shower was installed with subway tile wainscoting in the main bath. The original claw foot tub and medicine cabinet were restored and new console sink was added.
