This modern makeover in Columbia began with opening up interior and exterior walls on the first floor with create a light filled space. Greenleaf craftsmen worked closely with architect Eli Northern of EN Architects on the details of this space including: metal floating staircase by Baltimore Fabrication, parallel strand beam floating shelves and stair treads, European style kitchen, mudroom and laundry with custom built ins, and a new deck with cable rail. New wide plank oak flooring was installed through the entire first floor.
