Greenleaf craftsmen collaborated with Meghan Allison Interiors to give this Ruxton home a substantial refresh. By installing a new beam and handling other structural work, a wall was removed to open up the kitchen to the family room, and expand the doorway between the living room and the bar, creating a better flow throughout the first floor. A new custom island now accommodates more seating, while the existing appliances remained and cabinets were refreshed with new paint and quartz countertops throughout. Behind the range, is a full height marble backsplash, while tile wraps around the windows. Antique mirror backsplash stands out behind the wet bar. Additionally, new apron sink, faucet and decorative lighting elements were added. Hardwood floors were also refinished throughout the first floor.
