This split-level home on Old Court Rd. was built in the 1950s and featured state of the art technology of that time period. The house was heated by radiant water pipes in the floors and plaster ceilings and the lighting was run through low-voltage transformers. 60 years later as those systems started to fail, and our craftsmen rewired the entire house with modern electrical system, upgraded the plumbing system, and installed a forced air heating system run from the boiler. Greenleaf worked with the client and designer to renovate the entire home including all new Marvin windows, white oak flooring, upgraded interior doors and trim, and tile clad fireplace. The kitchen was fully renovated, and the master bath was expanded to include a luxurious walk-in marble shower with custom suspended vanity and cabinetry.
