Federal Hill Renovation

This renovation on Montgomery St. in Federal Hill was designed by architect Marty Marren. Greenleaf craftsmen removed interior walls to completely open the space and connected a living room, kitchen, and dining room to an exterior Ipe deck with a full Nana Door system. The folding style Nana Door allows the back wall to open out onto the Ipe deck with LED lighting and stunning views of Baltimore Harbor and Federal Hill Park. A custom hardscaped parking area was designed and constructed under the deck. All existing building components were deconstructed by Details and donated.
